Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

- Each user is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
If you notice any suspicious activity or believe your account has been compromised, contact the j999 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the j999 platform:
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform or attempting to hack it.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Operating the platform using bots, scripts, or any automated methods.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same identity or fraudulently obtaining referral benefits.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on j999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties will not be processed.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
Claiming any bonus or promotional offer from j999 is subject to fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
J999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

- As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

J999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, network outages, or third-party causes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
J999 reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes must be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. j999 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party links referenced on the site.
